As part of the Alumni Workshops, meetings were held on May 20, 2022, for graduates of the Communication and Design Department, on May 25, 2022, for graduates of the Radio, Television, and Cinema Department, and on June 8, 2022, for graduates of the Public Relations and Advertising Department. At these meetings, graduates spoke about the contributions their departments had made to their education and also expressed their expectations and suggestions for their departments.

Communication and Design Department Alumni Workshop:

The Communication Faculty of Başkent University held an Alumni Stakeholder Workshop for the Communication and Design Department on May 20, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. The workshop was moderated by Prof. Dr. G. Senem GENÇTÜRK HIZAL, Head of the Communication and Design Department, and was held online via ZOOM with the participation of department faculty members.

The workshop was attended by Yusuf ÖZDEMİR, a graduate of the Spring 2017-2018 semester; Mustafa AKKAYA, a graduate of the Summer 2018-2019 semester; - 2021 Spring Semester Graduate Begüm SAĞIROĞLU, 2020-2021 Spring Semester Graduate Aslı ASLANTAŞ, and 2021-2022 Fall Semester Graduate Berfin Buse KIRIKÖZ.

During the workshop, the graduates shared their views and experiences regarding the advisory processes, the newly added mandatory internship course to the curriculum, and the program outcomes of the department in relation to industry connections.

Radio, Television, and Cinema Department Alumni Workshop:

Başkent University Faculty of Communication, Radio, Television, and Cinema Department Alumni Workshop was held online via ZOOM on May 25, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. with a total of 18 participants, including 9 graduates, moderated by Dr. Deniz TANSEL İLİC, Assistant Professor and Vice Chair of the Radio, Television, and Cinema Department.

The workshop was attended by Dilan GEZGİN, a graduate of the 2020-2021 Spring Semester; Andaç Zeynep TOMBULOĞLU, a graduate of the 2020-2021 Spring Semester; Can EZGÜ, a graduate of the 2020-2021 Spring Semester; Burak DOĞAN, a graduate of the 2012 -2013 Spring Semester graduate Burak DOĞAN, 2015-2016 Spring Semester graduate Derviş Can DEDA, 2019-2020 Spring Semester graduate Halis Enis DÖNMEZ, Gizem GÜR, graduate of the Spring Semester 2016-2017, Beste ÇIRAK, graduate of the Spring Semester 2018-2019, and Sena BEYAZ, graduate of the Spring Semester 2018-2019, participated.

As is the case every year, the aim was to receive feedback from our graduates on various topics. Graduates shared their thoughts on changes made to the curriculum, the 100% English program planning, and the advisory system.

Public Relations and Promotion Department Alumni Workshop:

As part of the Alumni Workshops, a meeting was held on June 8, 2022, bringing together graduates of the Public Relations and Advertising Department, followed by graduates of the Communication and Design Department on May 20, 2022, and graduates of the Radio, Television, and Cinema Department on May 25, 2022. At these meetings, graduates spoke about the contributions their departments made to their education and expressed their expectations and suggestions for their departments.

The Capital University Faculty of Communication, Public Relations and Advertising Department Alumni Stakeholder Workshop was held online via ZOOM on June 8, 2022, at 10:30 a.m., with the participation of department faculty members.

The workshop was attended by Nisa Aras, a 2020-2021 graduate; Dilhun Develi, a 2018-2019 graduate; Şeyma Kaya, a 2013 -2014 graduate Şeyma Kaya, 2018-2019 graduate Doğuş Deveci, 2017-2018 graduate Esra Sarılı, 2020-2021 graduate Zülfiye Beyza Yılmaz, and 2020-2021 graduate Hakan Asta.
