The UniAds Advertising Festival, organized by the Ankara Advertising Association to bring together university students from across Turkey, enabling them to discover their creative talents, get to know the industry more closely, and enjoy an inspiring experience, was held at Cer Modern on May 27, 2025. As part of the UniAds Advertising Festival, our Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. G. Senem Gençtürk Hızal gave a masterclass titled "Creative CV: The Advertiser's First Campaign is Themselves,“ while our Department Chair of Communication and Design, Dr. Banu Erşanlı Taş, gave a presentation titled ”Simplicity in Design: From Minimalism to Maximum Impact." 

 

 

Additionally, at the Festival, In the live advertising competition organized for the Hummel brand in the UniAds101 category, our Communication and Design Department students Azra Doğan and Tuğba Emanet won first prize with their TikTok video titled “Tunnel,” while Mert Efe Demiröz and Doğa Çavuşoğlu won second prize with their TikTok video titled “Pixel.”
Furthermore, the advertising campaign projects for Ankara Youth Park, prepared as part of the Communication and Design Department's ITA422 Graduation Project course, were exhibited at the festival and presented to the audience.
