On September 8, 2023, the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Press, Publication, and Public Relations Department hosted the "BLD 4.0: Communication Simulation" program, organized by the Press, Publication, and Public Relations Department of the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, was attended by Prof. Dr. G. Senem Gençtürk Hızal, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Communication at Başkent University, along with Associate Deans Prof. Dr. Yunus Gökmen and Dr. Ebru Akçay.
