The Mobile Press House, designed by the Journalists' Association to fulfil the right to obtain news in difficult regions and conditions, to ensure public access to news, and to enable journalists to continue their profession, set out to provide services to journalists in the areas of news writing, internet and television broadcasting, and training for aspiring journalists. was hosted by the Faculty of Communication and the School of Social Sciences on 19 December 2024. Under the auspices of our faculty's RTS423 News Programming, RTS427 News Sociology, and EILF409 News Sociology courses, as well as the Social Sciences Vocational School's RDTV203 Radio and Television Journalism course, a broadcasting simulation was conducted under the leadership of journalist Erhan Karadağ and anchor Melih Gümüşbıçak. Our students had the opportunity to receive hands-on training throughout the day from experienced professionals in the industry in areas such as camera work, lighting, sound, directing, and anchoring.
