Within the scope of Media Meetings organized by Başkent University Faculty of Communication and Young Tema Group; cinema, TV series and theater actor Mert Fırat met with Başkenters. The moderator of the event held in Prof. Dr. İhsan Doğramacı Conference Hall was Assitant Prof. Dr. Lale Şıvgın.

Mert Fırat gave information about his works in the field of social responsibility and sustainable development, which he has been carrying out for years, especially the “Map of Needs” that he founded. After answering the questions of the students, Mert Fırat was given a certificate of sapling planted in his name with a gift produced in Başkent University ceramic workshops in memory of the day, by Başkent University Faculty of Communication Dean Prof. Dr. Özcan Yağcı.
