Canan Evcimen, who worked as a producer-director in many documentaries and TV series, was the guest of the panel titled "Media Meetings" organized by Başkent University Faculty of Communication to bring students, experts, academics and important names of the industry side by side. The moderator of the panel was Communication Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Özcan Yağcı where the presenter was Research Assistant Hande Uz. In the conversation that the students listened with curiosity and interest, Canan Evcimen explained what happened in the Turkish TV series industry and underlined that the center of the Turkish TV series industry is Istanbul. Evcimen answered the questions of the students about the media sector. Stating that working in the media sector is a tiring and demanding job, Canan Evcimen told the young people who listen to her that they can live a full life if they combine their talents and desires. At the end of the panel, director Canan Evcimen was given a plaque by the Faculty of Communication for her contribution to the "Media Meetings". Regarding the panels entitled Media Meetings, Başkent University Faculty of Communication Dean Prof. Dr. Özcan Yağcı stated; “Many people contributed to bringing the selected topics and guests together with the participants.
